DailyShanti provides online meditation and wellness services, including live guided meditation sessions, meditation content, community participation, and related wellness programs.

You participate in DailyShanti sessions voluntarily and at your own discretion.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

DailyShanti’s meditation and wellness services are intended for general educational and wellness purposes and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

DailyShanti does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, psychological, or health outcome.

8. Community Conduct

If you participate in a DailyShanti WhatsApp community or other community space, you agree to:

  • Treat other members respectfully.
  • Not harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
  • Not share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material.
  • Not use the community for unsolicited advertising or spam.
  • Not share another member’s personal information without their permission.
  • Not represent yourself as a DailyShanti employee, teacher, counsellor, or representative unless authorized to do so.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to community spaces for conduct that violates these Terms or interferes with the experience or safety of other members.

9. Intellectual Property

All DailyShanti content, including meditation recordings, scripts, videos, written material, website content, branding, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to DailyShanti unless otherwise stated.

You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, sell, publicly broadcast, modify, or commercially exploit DailyShanti content without our prior written permission.
